Overview
Anna Port earned her BA in Classical Civilizations at Duke University. Her research will center on the curation and digital interpretation of everyday life in the Iron Age, with a particular interest in the Etruscans. She helped develop the 2025 "Rethinking Etruria" exhibit at The Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, a cyberarchaeology exhibit of an immovable Etruscan stele from Poggio Colla. Anna has held internships at Duke’s Nasher Museum, where she focused on Andean textiles, and multiple university archaeology labs, where she assisted in the digital conservation of objects. She is a junior staff member at the Poggio Civitate archaeological project in Tuscany.
